Term and Condition

By booking any of our services, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions.

BOOKING POLICY:

  • Dream High Picnic will NOT be liable relating to injuries or illnesses that may occur during bookings. When you book with DreamHigh Picnic , you understand and agree that you should carry your own health insurance and that you are participating in this activity entirely at your own risk. 

  • Our prices may change, therefore price quotes are valid up to 7 days. Any requests for booking, changes and/or add-ons after 7 days will be quoted at the current price.

  • Please note that when you receive an invoice, your booking is still pending. We require at least a 50% deposit upon receiving the invoice to secure your date and time slot. The remaining balance must be paid 2 days prior to your picnic schedule.​

PICNIC RULES:

  • You agree that you will not hold Dream High Picnic responsible for any cost of damages on personal belongings, injuries and illnesses that may occur during bookings.

  • Any loss, damage or abuse to picnic inventory will be invoiced to the customer at the replacement cost. The customer will not be responsible for any items damaged due to the weather.

  • Clients are required to stay at the picnic area until we arrive for cleanup. 

  • No smoking or within the picnic area. You may get charged to our inventory as a result of smoking.​

  • Most public parks and beaches prohibit alcohol consumption. Dream High Picnic takes no responsibility for any alcohol consumption or penalties occurred.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY:

  • When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers

  • All picnics are non-refundable. We can however, reschedule your picnic for another convenient date/time with at least a 72 hours notice Dream High Picnic is allowed to deny any requests if possible damage to our items is involved due to inclement weather.

 

  • Don’t stress about the weather. If it rains, we will give you a picnic credit which you can use to book a different date. Picnic credit has no cash value and is therefore non-refundable.

LATE/NO SHOW POLICY:

  • When the picnic time starts, our team needs to leave the location and will be back once picnic time ends. Late and no show will affect our schedule and may potentially affect other customer bookings as our team needs to stay at the picnic location to wait for you.​

  • You are considered "late" if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your picnic start time. There is a late arrival fee of $50. Picnic end time will not be extended due to late arrival.

  • You are considered "NO SHOW" if you fail to show up an hour past your picnic start time unless you notify us of your late arrival. If no notice is given, our team will start packing up and no refund or credit will be given.​
